In the compound there is also the Tomb of Sheikh Abdul Rahman As Sadoriah, the prominent figure in Simparthia Muslim Community. The Ablution room were completely made out of greyish marble, imported from Saville. They both made out of crafted marble and teak wood. The Mihrab (where the Imam lead the prayer) and the Pulpit were donated by the King of Morocco during his visit to the region in the 70s. The inside of the Mosque itself were decorated with Islamic Art mostly inspired by Andalusian and Moroccan culture.
The two minarets and the black dome has become the landmark for Simparthian Muslim along the year. The Mosque itself build with fine white Italian Marble with beautiful courtyard and fountain in Andalusian style. Although the official religion is Catholic, but for the past 100 years, the Muslim Community has grow and now it is about 20% of Simparthian are Muslim with different cultural background.
Simparthia is known for diverse cultures and religions. It can host more than 2000 worshipers at one time. The Mosque also one of the biggest by its size. Build in 1834, it is one of the oldest Mosque in all Simparthia. The Baitussalam Mosque is the central Muslim place of worship (Grand Mosque) in the City of Sadora.
